Build the right format

Start with the purpose of the event.

A private celebration and a corporate presentation need different layouts and services. The Villa can be considered according to the format, number of guests and type of occasion.

Define the occasion

Corporate gathering, presentation, anniversary or private party: the purpose of the event determines the right setup.

Choose the layout

The Party Room supports audience, horseshoe and cocktail configurations, allowing the room to adapt to different formats.

Consider the technical needs

A videoprojector, wall screen and Bose® audio system with microphones are available in the Party Room.

Extend the experience

For events involving guests from outside Verona, the Villa’s rooms and suites can turn the occasion into a more complete stay in Valpantena.
